Ordinance Amendments

 The Village Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 5:30 PM to consider amendments to the following ordinances:

•  Updating the International Property Maintenance Code to the 2009 version from the 2003 version currently in use
• Updating the Planning Commission Ordinance to comply with changes required by the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act.

 

Copies of the proposed amendments can be reviewed at the Village Offices or www.quincy-mi.org. 

Anyone interested in commenting on the proposed ordinance amendments is encouraged to attend the meeting.  Written comments will also be accepted at the Village Hall, 47 Cole Street, Quincy, MI 49082, up to the date of the public hearing.  Anyone with questions should contact Eric Zuzga at 517.639.9065, ext 11 or eric.zuzga@quincy-mi.org.
