Notice of Public Hearing

Village of Quincy

The Quincy Village Council will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2019 at 5:30 PM at the Quincy Village Hall, 47 Cole Street, Quincy, MI to consider adoption of an ordinance regulating the use of fireworks in the Village.  A copy of the proposed ordinance can be reviewed at the Village Hall during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM) or at www.quincy-mi.org.

The Village complies with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide assistance to any person requesting assistance consistent with the specifications of the Act. Requests for such assistance must be made to the Clerk at least three (3) days in advance of the hearing.

All interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing where there will be an opportunity to present their comments. Quincy Township

The Quincy Joint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance regulating access to water (“keyholing”) on July 11, 2019 at 7:00 PM.  The public hearing will be held at the Quincy Village Hall, 47 Cole Street, Quincy, MI 49082.  This hearing is held pursuant to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended

Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at www.quincy-mi.org/2257/Public-Notices or at the Village Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM.
