Notice of Public Hearing

Village of Quincy


The Quincy Joint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance regulating Recreational Vehicle Storage as a Use and amending the Personal Services Use to allow for a Special Use Permit in a Residential District on June 21, 2023 at 6:00 PM.  The public hearing will be held at the Quincy Village Hall, 47 Cole Street, Quincy, MI 49082.   This hearing is held pursuant to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended

 

Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at www.quincy-mi.org or at the Village Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM.

 

The Village complies with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide assistance to any person requesting assistance consistent with the specifications of the Act.  Requests for such assistance must be made to the Zoning Administrator at least three (3) days in advance of the hearing.

 

All interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing where there will be an opportunity to present their comments. PUBLIC NOTICE

Click here the Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI), Environmental Assessment, and notice of 30-day public comment period for lift station and sanitary sewer replacement, wastewater treatment plant improvements, lead service line replacement, and iron removal plant improvement projects being undertaken by the Village of Quincy. EGLE will not take any action on this project plan for 30 calendar days from the date of this notice in order to receive and consider any public comments. In the absence of substantive comments during this period, our preliminary decision will become final. The applicant would then be eligible to receive loan assistance to construct the proposed project.
